New In Seattle, WA!

Hey BP Community,

My name is Al, and I am new to REI investing. I am originally from NYC, but moved out to Seattle in June. I started looking into REI on the suggestion of a friend who has closed 4 wholesale deals in a few short months, and came across this site. I have already learned so much in a couple weeks, but am eager to learn as much as possible!

My short term goal is to close 5 wholesale deals by the end of the year.

Midterm goal is to generate enough wholesale deals to quit my current job.

Long term goal is financial freedom and live off of passive income.

I look forward to meeting new people and welcome any advice.

Welcome to BP. Other than the Dee Miles Snohomish meetup, it looks like Tiffany Plovie along with Brandon Turner will be having a BP meetup in Seattle Oct 16th. If you can make it, that would be a good one to go to. Good luck with your goals and much success.
