Hello BiggerPockets community!

My name is Michael Ryan, and I am a new investor. I got into real estate off a book my brother gave me. I devoured it, and it opened my mind to real estate investing. I proceeded to read and learn more and more for about the last year.

I recently have decided to get out and be an investor and not just a book reader. I have decided to start out in wholesaling because it will allow me to learn the business without the risk of hurting myself financially in a flip. Long term I would like to build a business of wholesaling properties and doing a few flips myself while building a nice rental portfolio.

Beyond that, if youre an experienced wholesaler and have any input/advice/things you wish you knew starting out that you would like to share, I am all ears (or eyes I guess in this case)!
