Hi Everyone. My name is Dan and I am a brand new member as well as brand new to real estate investing. I researched wholesaling for several months before doing a yellow letter campaign. Talking to the leads and trying to sift through the all the dirt to find gold is an incredible learning experience to say the least. People are correct when they say that you have to have thick skin to be a real estate investor. But I've also had a lot of fun and personal growth as a result, so I'm not complaining.
