Hello BP Nation!

Longtime reader and listener, first time poster. After listening to the latest BP podcast today and all previous 31 of them throughout the year I had to jump into the discussions.

First off, I want to thank Josh and Brandon for the pod casts because they are priceless. Something a guru would charge thousands of dollars for. Also thanks to everyone on the pod casts that are so open and knowledgeable about what you do.

To introduce myself I am a native Phoenician and licensed agent here. I bought my first house when I was 21 back in '09 and was fascinated by real estate ever since.

I look forward to making connections with people from Arizona and all over. Since I consider myself a newbie I would love to find someone to follow (go to Starbucks for (haha)) and see how deals get done here in the Valley of the Sun. Shout out to Marty Boardman and all of his material, big fan.

To wrap this up, if you're in Phoenix don't be a stranger, always open and available to talk real estate. - Eric Fox
