The home has neutral ceramic tile flooring throughout and has nice vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living room.

Wallpaper, Pepto Bismol bath tile totally gets me excited.  

(Not including material, No moving of pipes, just replace tub, toilet, vanity, tile shower wall and floor)

I also work in the stone and tile industry as well.

If you look over the last 100 years, the cycles are all over the place with no clear patterns.

When I posed the question, I wondered if there was a similar pattern happening in real estate.

When our regular flooring/tile guy was in a motorcycle accident and spent a month in a rehab facility, we visited him a few times and brought in foods he was craving.... hamburgers and pizza!
