How did you show your Real Estate Investing team how thankful you are for them this year!? My business partner and I designed our own cards, printed them out and wrote handwritten notes to everyone that has positively influenced us and contributed to our success!

We pick one of our favorite restaurants, book the entire place on one of their closed nights or a slow night in January, and invite our work team (plus one guest each) to join us for dinner and a celebration to show our gratitude.

Most of our construction/trades contractors don't have health insurance and put off aspects of their health care. Three times we've paid for someone to go to the dentist. About six times we've treated workers to a professional massage after they've helped us with an enormous project.

Ongoing, we often take our construction/trades contractors out to lunch on days when they are working most of the day on one of our properties.

When our regular flooring/tile guy was in a motorcycle accident and spent a month in a rehab facility, we visited him a few times and brought in foods he was craving.... hamburgers and pizza!
