hi - does anyone have a reliable contractor in snj to recommend?

Also, is it reasonable for a contractor to charge 5000 bucks for a bathroom reno? (Not including material, No moving of pipes, just replace tub, toilet, vanity, tile shower wall and floor)

Hello. $5000 seems a little high. If you are working with a contractor that understands investor pricing you should be able to get a full bath for $3500-$4000. If you want to see what $3500 bathroom in SJ looks like check out my website.

Where in SJ are you looking? Right now is a good time because most contractors are slowing down for the winter.
