Hello all I want to get into house flipping. I am a plumber by trade and city water distribution operator by profession. I am looking for advice and possibly partners ( contractors, cpa's, real estate agents, etc) for my first flip. I live in Northern California in the Sacramento area. I have my finances In order for my first flip. If there is anyone that can give me any advice on properties, bids, help on walk through, or what ever anyone thinks I may need to know. Please feel free to comment!! Thank you all.
