Scott book on "How to Flip Houses" - BP Publication on "How to Estimate Rehabs" I'm starting to connect with experienced investors in the Cincinnati market who understand that I am a willing and eager learner, and am poised to find my way (and support others) on this journey.

I am a self learner and believer of the paideia philosophy and have self educated via my copious reading habit.

I am a learner investor of Polish origin living in New Zealand, taking each step cautiously.

I also think some people are better gifted or faster learners so it would depend on the individual how much training he/she needs.

I also personally feel like I am more of a hands on learner and can truly excel in the real estate field once I have the opportunity to use this knowledge in the real world with a the guidance of a professional.

I'm a fast learner but I really do not like online courses.

I have very little experience in that regard but I would like to think I am a quick learner and possibly we could help each other out.

The BP platform is great however, I am a visual learner; actual deals.

I'm sure most say they are a fast learner and highly motivated so just add me to that list.
