PA Broker’s courses. Looking for advice from Brokers

Hi all,

I’m looking to get my Broker’s license and need to take 240 hours of required courses. I’m in Philadelphia and was planning on taking them at Temple. However maximum that I can do at Temple is 120 hours per semester. I do not want to do 2 semesters of classes and want to finish required courses during 1 semester.

Would you recommend taking another 120 hours online or would you recommend finding another private school with in-person classes? Any recommendations on schools would be appreciated.

Thank you

Yuriy

@Yuriy Skripnichenko I would find an online course. You can get it done much quicker. Team up with your local RE brokerage and they will guide you in the right direction to help you get licensed quickly
