Seeking local help

Hey everybody! I’m a young, eager individual looking to find a mentor to help me through the ropes of getting my foot in the door regarding real estate investing. I’ve been reading books, audiobooks, the BP forum and other forms of media and I feel like I’d really benefit the most from starting my journey with real estate investing hands on and with someone who has been working in the field for a while.

I’ve seen different programs/courses all over the internet that help people get their foot in the door using their tools and software to aid people in starting on their own. (Ex: Freedom Mentor, CleverInvestor, etc.)But to my knowledge, I keep reading that it’s best to not buy into these programs and waste money and that it’s better to find a local mentor that I can work with one on one.

I also personally feel like I am more of a hands on learner and can truly excel in the real estate field once I have the opportunity to use this knowledge in the real world with a the guidance of a professional.

If you are looking for an apprentice, assistant, or aid with your real estate investing, I’d really appreciate a opportunity for mentorship. I am willing to do whatever it takes to learn the business.

I recognize the value of real estate investing. I am determined and willing to stop at nothing to be successful in this field. I am completely intrigued by the world of real estate investing and it would be a dream come true to find success while helping others out of hard situations. It's a win win. I understand that you truly have to put in the work to get results and I couldn't be more excited to get started
