Hire assistant for comps
Guys,
I had to be honest with why my business isn't able to make offers and the primary reason is that it takes me a long time to do comps maybe 15 mins on average if an easy home, 30 mins if unconventional. I do sales and rental comps too btw.
I am a licensed real estate agent with a budget so small that I pretty much can't afford to hire somebody. I have a check coming from closing next week that should cover only expenses (car, MLS fees, broker fees). Anything left over would be no more than about 400.
What advice can you give so that I can have somebody running comps for me? I have about 500 offers I want to send out this month so I can start 2017 with some wholesale deals.
