Hire assistant for comps

Guys, I had to be honest with why my business isn't able to make offers and the primary reason is that it takes me a long time to do comps maybe 15 mins on average if an easy home, 30 mins if unconventional. I do sales and rental comps too btw. I am a licensed real estate agent with a budget so small that I pretty much can't afford to hire somebody. I have a check coming from closing next week that should cover only expenses (car, MLS fees, broker fees). Anything left over would be no more than about 400. What advice can you give so that I can have somebody running comps for me? I have about 500 offers I want to send out this month so I can start 2017 with some wholesale deals.

@Tony Johnson, if you're serious about being a wholesaler, the best advice I can give you is to learn how to comp quicker.  It shouldn't take 15-30 minutes per house.  I've found that the 3 most important parts of my success in this business are:

1.  Buyers List/sales ability
2. Accurate ARV
3.  Accurate rehab budget

You're not in a position financially to hire somebody so don't.  When I first started, it took me a while for each house, but I'm typically able to arrive at an accurate ARV within a minute now.  You may be overthinking.
