I have called an attorney hoping to get this resolved and hopefully SUE THEM for the harassment for calling and emailing me for debts not owed. 

My wife sent a stern but polite message to them on FB that they need to come home asap and tend to their goats.They decided this was not "appropriate", and when they got home decided to swear and yell at us for harassment.  

Keep a record, harassing phone calls is a crime (a felony in the US actually) and might move this to a different category.

Such as a property that is owned by a trust that has a bad psycho family member living there that is harassing the neighbors with death threats and beating on their doors?

Often a friendly face is less likely to get fined and harassed than just an address.

The tenant harassed me twice this year by cussing me out and telling me that I cannot park in a specific spot in a free for all 12 parking spot lot.

You pretty much have to harass them with multiple e-mails and/or phone calls to get an answer to even the most basic questions/concerns. 

Contact your area Association of Realtors and see how they handle bullying or harassment or ethics issues.

I did this, approached some tenants asking their landlords' contact, stating that it is purely for business inquiries not personal harassment.

2nd) the property management company has threatened us multiple times with eviction, not accepting and returning our rent, until the trash bill was paid in full - as we did not pay for years and were not aware of a bill and it was now over $1500 to bring back to current standing... is this a form of harassment and bullying tactics to ensure payment?
