If you do that, I'd also look at moving the fridge to the area behind the front door basically flipping the fridge and the lower cabinets.

motion sensors, a bath fan timer, turn the lights off once you are in bed as opposed to having to get up to do it.in china, when you leave the hotel room you pull the room key out of this device and the electricity in the entire room shuts off in 5 mins. the fridge stays on. america is never going to adopt this option. lol

I (don't) fully expect each seller on my list to firmly affix that thing to their fridge and call me when they decide to sell their house. 

Then we throw it on the fridge so every day we can see what we are working towards and what we have accomplished.
