Wow - can't provide too much info as I am currently dealing with the situation. Property closed yesterday with all the papers signed. Got one lonely key to the property.  Went to the property today and the seller/previous owner still moving stuff out!!

I bought this property AS IS, and was talking to the previous owner and they thought they could take some of the appliances.  Had both realtors on the phone and it was just a chaos.  I am going back to the property and will update with more details but wanted to post this and get anybody thoughts on this, any experience/thoughts/advice/suggestions/legal implications??

I don't understand why you closed without doing a final walk through. You might want to find a new buyers agent.
