I wanted to see if any of you have any experience using what is known as a   "physician/doctor loan". this type of loan is available for medical professionals (dentists, podiatrists, surgeons, etc) that usually lets them borrow about certain LTV limits and not have to pay PMI. the down payment requirements are usually a lot less (sometimes as low as 3-5%). 

In my location a blueprint with no architect stamp just means that I have to follow the prescriptive building code with respect to window area, insulation, framing connections, etc. and that I need separate engineering for the trusses and beams.

My husband is a physician so is a relatively high earner  . . . this meant that any income I brought in as a lawyer would be taxed at the highest tax bracket!!  

Qualifying food and prescription and nonprescription drugs are taxed at 1%.

Remember: the applicant/tenant must make a request for reasonable accommodation and gain approval from the Landlord; the animal is not automatically approved just because they have a prescription from a doctor.

We are attracting all sorts of companies working on "boring" tech things like medical logistics, prescription streamlining, automating insurance processing, healthcare analytics, etc.

Being a physician, I am innately very risk averse, so I would really appreciate any guidance/mentorship I could get.
