Service pet question

Hello,

Quick question. A potential tenant has told me she has not paid a pet deposit in the past due to it being a service animal. She has given me a registration number for the pet.

Should I attempt to collect a pet deposit or not worry about it?

Emotional support animals are covered by the Fair Housing Act, not the ADA. Reasonable accomidation is still required under federal law.
