In some cases friends are enduring the pain.

As @james wise mentioned, Ohio you have to sit in a brick and mortar location, and endure long drug out sessions to get the required hours in.  

Usually it's any closing costs you endure on any regular closing such as transfer taxes and doc stamps etc 

Having stated that, this being a short sale, is the deal worth it to endure 6mos to a year of this agent?
