Yes there is tons of content on the internet and especially here on BP but the same can be said for the info required to diagnose a heart attack.... that doesn't mean I'm going to refuse to pay my doctor when I need him.

I know of a sponsor here in Dallas who said he keeps it simple because many of his investors are not in real estate or finance (e.g. doctors) and he doesn't want to have to walk everyone through a complicated scenario.
