Most contractors won't care about your property unless its a referral or you bring them constant business.

I tell the promoters that I will pay them when the work is completed, which is easy to check up on,  by randomly checking out the areas you told them to target.

What the Sub2 promoters are banking on is the idea that you can qualify for another loan since that loan is not being updated on your credit.

These sites do very little though to help promote me personally.I decided that most individuals initially  use Zillow, Trulia, Redfin. etc to search for property information, so those sites will always be first for SEO but if I can try to be brand specific for my area on having good RE information & content, hopefully they will start to come to my site for my blog, etc and then I can capture them.
