Promo/Marketing Material Drop off service in San Diego referrals?

Hello,

I'm wondering if any agents or investors use any reliable, affordable individuals that are willing to put on some running shoes and plaster a neighborhood with marketing materials. 

Does anyone have any experience with how you make sure they put the promo material up? How much should you be paying per piece? I normally just do it myself but I'm trying to ramp up my output and get my phone ringing! Any input or suggestions are appreciated! Thanks in advance.
