Just joined this site. I am new to real estate investing. Looking for buy and rent properties in the $150k - $250k range in Staten Island, Long Island area, or close to NYC. Looking to meet others with similar interests and also any brokers, attorneys, other professionals with experience in this strategy.

Gary Rabinovich, welcome,
Very interesting, what is your strategy to acquire property to make it positive cash flow?
