Hi, I am 18 years old and really determined to create great wealth through real estate. I am 2 months out from finishing my finals in school, and really desperately am amping to get started! I would like to know how someone of my young age can get started.. I don't mean the typical 'read a lot' or 'talk in forums', I will do all that too, but I have a habit of always talking too much and never taking action.. I am here asking for serious advice on how I can own my first property in the next few months to a year, I also have almost no money, but not letting that stop me. Thanks in advance :)

Awesome thanks for the replies guys. I have really big goals I would like to achieve in the next few years. I really want to just get started. I want to read as many books as possible, however books are really pricy, and I currently have no form of income. What would be my first step to take to creating an income? I'm willing to do whatever it takes.

Hi, my name is Zane Bradshaw. I am 18 years old, finishing school in the next few months. I have a huge passion for entrepreneurship in general, I have owned many sole trading business in the school career and I just love doing business and making money! I have a huge passion for real estate, and just know that there is a lot of money to be made for those people  who know how to make some of that money. I am open for any advice from anyone with experience in making wealth in real estate. I would be truly grateful if I could be told how to get started with my first property ASAP. I am ready to make my small portion of this big pie :)
