Todd Miller FS Houses is the best out there by far. The focus on inner city and can help you expand your portfolio as well. A one stop shop for real estate.

Can anyone share their strategy and or contacts that focus on finding apartment buildings for sale in Indianapolis? I have been watching the inventory on a daily basis over the past year and don't see any of these come up all that much. I did manage to pick up a 5 plex last year through a wholesaler and I'm looking to repeat this and or get something bigger.

I have been investing in Indianapolis for over 3 years now. I own mostly single family homes and 1 multiunit building that still qualified for a conventional loan. I am now looking to take things to another level and consider the possibility of investing in larger apartment buildings. Does anyone have any advice for me related to this type of investing and or have anyone that does this type of investing in the Indianapolis area that I could connect with? Thank you all in advance.

Typical turnkey thread with all the typical turnkey guys posing as investors and offering advice. So hard to get a true unbiased opinion from an actual investor with no ties to any companies and/or no hidden agenda. 3 years into this I see the same people preaching the same stuff word for word on every thread.

I am not sure what market you are buying in but generally speaking Condos are not exactly the best investment and renting to Section 8 is not ideal. Just my 2 cents.

I started off loving the turnkey guys and their sweet sales pitches. I bought with 4 different providers in 2 different markets. All but 1 failed me bringing me to the conclusion that 75% of turnkey providers are bad companies. I learned my lessons through all the bad experiences with them. Moving forward I continue to use that 1 company (FS Houses in Indianapolis) that has proven themselves to help me buy and rehab homes. I no longer recommend turnkey companies and would advise newbies to be careful with where you get your information from.

Emily Wu FS Houses are the go to trusted people to help you in this market. I suggest you contact them. Also suggest visiting the market and seeing things for yourself. Don't believe everything people tell you on here.
