Hi All,

I am currently looking at buy and hold properties in Indy around 50-80k price range with 3+ Bedrooms to generate rental income. What B/B- areas with preferably multi family homes, in Indy should I be looking at? Any insight would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Emily

Your price point for multi-family in a B area will be at least 150 - 200 for 3 bd. Save yourself some pain.
