Hi Fandor, South Florida is one of the best but super competetive/hot markets to invest in right now. You want to focus on your marketing and getting directly in front of home owners, also start networking and getting to know people who will either be your end buyers or lead you to your end buyers. You want to be able to close your deals.

For the most part the basics are the same for wholesaling anywhere. The laws are what differ from state to state. I live here and love it here, you will do great as long as you keep at it.

I wish you the best of luck, in the meantime take a look around the site and get to know some folks. BP is the perfect way to plant seeds here in South Florida before tou get here.

Hey guess what you did that the majority of newbies don't do? Took action! You can work on a few things but the lesson had to be learned at some point, better now than later on a more complex deal.

Hi welcome! Like Lucas said there will be a Meet-Up on Oct 14 and I would love  to see you there. @Account Closed  and myself have worked together to make sure this will be a great place for like minded people to come together and netowrk.

BP is a great place to get started, it truly has helped me launch my career. I went from stressing about coming into a 9-5 job and being afraid to quitting my job, committing to REI and partnering up with a seasoned investor in my area. Mind you, this all happened within a few months. The passion and desire have been there for years but the courage it took came recently. Without the education, networking and recourses BP provided I don't think I would have made the plunge.

I am down south in Florida. Miami is great for rentals right now, also look into Broward County. The rents are on the rise. Reach out to @Account Closed also, he's a great resource here in South Florida. If I can be of assistance please do not hesitate to contact me either. Good luck!
