want to start wholesaling and flipping in south Florida

Hello, my name is Fandor Malebranche jr and I'm planning to move to south Florida between a month to 8 months to be closer to family and I want to know some insight on the wholesaling and flipping market. What's the best way to start, what to avoid, who are the right connection business down there?

Welcome!  My husband and I just bought our own personal house in South Florida and will be looking to buy a rental in the near future.  It is tough to find good deals here now, but if you can find them you'll have a lot of buyers I'm sure!
