Welcome to the BP Family, Mark.. Wish you all the best and the BP family is great for advise and information. Please make sure you get to your local REIA and Meet ups.. So important if you want to be successful. Always surround yourself around like-minded people. Don't listen to any dream destroyers. Set your goals, ie short, mid and long term. Stick to them and adjust them where needed. Also, find and network with investors that are doing deals and just ask if you can watch them do a deal and take them to lunch or dinner.
