Hi BP! I am looking to buy off-market apartment buildings in the Northeast (Preferred States would be Virginia, Maryland, Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York). They will be rental properties, 10 units or up.  Any help finding these types of properties for sale would be deeply appreciated. Thank you!
