@Mark Ainley, So I will call this pet deposit "Pet Fee", say about $300 and it is non-refundable.

Now, what I call the regular "Pet Fee" I will charge per month for $25/pet?

"Monthly Pet Fee"?

Thx!

@Richard Jeffries as few folks already mentioned, go with DOT com domain that brand your business. Apart from adding great contents and keeping them fresh, you have to put some efforts on Social media now a days - FB, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.

All these SM properties should engage your audience in a personal way and direct them to comeback to your site - there by increasing traffic and leads.

Also, try FB ads!

As for platform Wordpress is the way to go.

PM me if you have more questions on this topic and I will be able to answer them in mode detail.

All the best!

Congratulations @Brie Schmidt on reaching your immediate goal:)

Curious on when you say "Conventional residential" loan.

I assume they are like 30 Yr mortgage with mid 4% interest rate.

How many of those Conventional loan you have?

Is your credit score hit big time because of so many loans you have in your name?

Enjoy Europe trip.... now is the best time to visit EU as the $ exchange rate is so much better!

Buy 5 properties with your $100K using conventional/commercial loans and build your rental portfolio.

Pay off Property#1 from all the Net cash flow from 5 properties (+ debt service off course)

Next pay off Property#2 from from all the Net cash flow from 5 properties - mind you that

you will NOT have any debt service for Prop#1 anymore, so your pay off will accelerate!

... next Prop#3.... you get the idea.

You will have 5 free & clear property in 8-12 years based on net CF numbers for 5 prop!

Cheers!

@Elizabeth J. check out Community Investment Corporation. They offer good terms for multifamily for 5+ units.

I have no relationship with them. Let us know hoe it goes.

All the best!

What an accomplishment in 8 months! Way to go @Brie Schmidt!

Would like to know more about the financing part of your portfolio.

Are you getting commercial loans? What are some terms and interest rates?

 Whore are those lenders?

Or you have a mix of conventional loans in your name and some in your company (LLC) name?
