@Joshua King sounds like the sellers agent knows his stuff. It is a known fact that fha inspections can be deal killers.

@Donna Henry to my knowledge they sub out their labor and I expect they are having to pay more then ever for subs.

On the bright side now you know how to do it and you can start your own window business!👍

@Todd Williams last one i bought i waived the buyers side commission.

When I listed my spec home i offered buyers side commission and then gave my brokerage what would have been there split on the list side. I had what would have been my split add to sale proceeds so i do not have to pay earned income on commission.

There was a recent discussion here where i was informed I am an idiot for not taking a commission on my purchases but i was happy since i negotiated more savings on the sale price than what would have been my commission.

@Cathy Song I would guess a judge will side with tenant since they have had access to the garage (especially in Cali) for the extended period of time.

How long until lease expires?

@Cathy Song im not an attorney but i would guess you are SOL if the garage was not excluded in the lease. Is the garage typically excluded in your area?

@Cathy Song if i was renting your house and it was not stated otherwise i would assume garage was included in lease and would be irritated if I was forced to move things after an extensive period of time.

Least you can do is put another shed on property as mentioned. You may offer to move their things into a storage unit until shed is brought in.

@Cecilia Moon if it was my family i would be tempted to throw his $#!? to the curb and change the locks when hes not home!
