@Mahmuda L. You may also check with the shingle manufacturers as to who they would recommend to install there product.

@Mahmuda L. Do some due diligence on roofer selection and let them buy materials. Many roofing materials come with warranty if purchased and installed by approved contractor. Call the local builders association in the area to ask for referrals or possibly a local lumberyard.

@Genny Li gotta be honest here...i was born in 84 and i have never had to plunge a toilet. I am pretty handy tho and i could probably figure it out.

@Estefania Concha is it an eviction or non renewal of lease?

@Jonathan Barby the county where im at in Indiana allows any owner to self perform renovations or new construction on anything they own. The only licensing required is for septic installers and possibly well drilling.
