Was it a new tax lien property or the old tax certificate property because I thought you couldn’t make any improvement to the new tax lien property until you get the tax deed?

@Denise Evans so after the 3 years to get the tax deeds,you will pay be paying legal fees for the foreclosure like you would be paying for a quiet title. No more turn in the tax certificates and just paying $10 to the revenue office

I was told that with the new tax lien auctions it will be easier to do the quiet title once you receive the tax deed but like you said attorney want you have possession for 3 years to do the quiet title and with the tax lien certificates you are not entitle to possession like you were with the tax sale certificates once you receive the tax sale certificates.

After purchasing and hold a tax lien certificate for 3 years and paying the following years taxes of the 3 years. Will it be like turning in a tax sale certificate to the revenue office after 3 years , paying I think $10 and receive the tax deed if the owner down redeem or do the tax lien holder have to hire an attorney to do a quiet title to have it turn into a tax deed or will the revenue office pay for the quiet titles?

@Denise Evans. So if you purchase a tax certificate or tax deed from an investor with a assignment fee and the owner redeem, if there any way to get back the assignment fee?

Yes, I think u have 30 days once u get the price for the taxes each year. Send them some kind of proof like pictures ......etc
