@Sean OToole, I understand your point here, and all I wanted here was to give you a feedback of the feature that you have as part of the service.

It's obvious that you should do your title search at a renowned title company, but with the preliminary step in analyzing, its a great resource to have in your arsenal.

@Sean OToole, yes our primary requirements is to use Foreclosure in the area to run our marketing initiatives and have platform to analyze the areas where we can focus our marketing.

Also with the other details on the property information, that is wealth of information, that might take us days to compile on from different website.

I really wish you make IL you #1 on priority list, the market is still have a lot of foreclosures and I am sure you might be able to gather from great customers here in IL who can leverage your server, specially at the mouth watering subscription prices you offer.

I haven't used the website, but I would be really interested in taking it for a spin for the areas that you operate. Having Title search done for the properties, is one of the biggest problems that I have faced while working at auctions, and if your website can give the information accurately, you have created a great product I would say

@Sean OToole, when do you intend to bring your service and product to the IL market. It would be great to use it here.

I stand to agree with James Ihssen Aurora is a very diverse city to invest. It has some part that are really great and fall in A category neighborhood. There are part in B and C and also D category neighborhood. You need to be careful. If you need help please feel free to reach out. Thanks.
