Hello BP Community,

Its been a long time due to go BP Pro, and finally I pulled the trigger last night. I was just way too fascinated By Brandon's webinar and I thought this was my way to contribute to the hard work of Brandon and Josh for hosting such great webinars and the site is the best resource for real estate investing.

About me, I am an active real estate investor, holding about 9 buy and hold properties in my portfolio as of today and always looking to buy great deals and constantly looking for oppurtunities to grow my portfolio by JV'ing or partnering on deals with like minded investors in the community. The cap rate for my current portfolio as a whole is 9.4%

I am also shifting my focus from just buy and hold to Fix n Flips and Rent 2 Owns and lease options.

If you are active investor, rehabber or wholesaler in the Chicago area and looking for a partner or is interested in partnering with me on my current deals, please let me know, and I would be more than happy to help or work with you.

I live in NW suburbs, and new to this area. It would be grateful if you can point out areas which I can focus on.

Hi:
I am a newbie, have been reading a lot of blog posts on the site and I have been really motivated to get into REI.
I am looking for still undervalued markets in and around Chicago, Chicago NW, SW, South suburbs, WI and other near by states.
I am looking for buy and hold rental properties or good flip opportunities or still good to be in markets.
Any experienced investors or forumers or real estate agents please give your feedback.
