This is a part time position to start with, so the person can work on their hours, will have flexibility and this can be done after hours or on weekends most of the time. We believe in productivity, honesty and open communication lines.

Pay will depend on experience. It will definitely be competitive.

We also offer to mentor selected candidate, if interested; on how to buy, rehab, rent and recycle properties, as that is one of our primary business.

If you are someone who wants to get free education on how to this, along with getting paid to manage or properties, please apply.

How to reach us-:

Please email your resume to [email protected], for interviewing candidates, we would love to sit down with you at a Starbucks (Coffee is on us) and talk it thru.

Looking forward to meet you in person.

Thanks.

Hello marquis,

You can use Law office of Brenda Murzyn. They are located in Naperville. PM me if you need their con tact info. They typically charge 450-550 per closing and they will do it for you. You don't even have to go to the closing, just wire the fund.

Give my reference as Vish with Vertex Real Estate.

@Stephanie Polydoroff

Evergreen Park is a good area to invest, but you need to be careful about two things

1. Property taxes are kind of on the higher side. You want to make sure that you create a buffer to accommodate future property tax increases.

2. Evergreen Park is in COOK County. Evictions in COOK county are painful and take way too long. If you are an out of state investor you need to consider that.

Hope this info helps.

@Lucas Hall

Thanks will take a look.

@Kevin Hill

I am currently doing that and wanted to see if there was an option for renters to scehdule or reschedule. Basically replace myself with a self sustaining system of its own.

@Lucas Hall

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I understand that not everyone is tech savvy and not everyone would like to give out info. Also, it is very important to have more foot traffic into the property.

@Atwan Kwan

Yes, I have been using google calendar to its full potential till now.

All I am trying to do is give it out as an option and then the same scheduling calendar can be used by my assistant to make calls and schedule showings too. Its more like self service scheduling rather then having to answer someone's call. If they don't schedule, then I we can always call to schedule.

There are many renters who are busy during the day at work or are not allowed to take calls, but if they can get an appointment set up right away by themselves then its might be a good option.

I think what I am looking at is more like a CRM approach the more I think of it now, and I am sure that Podio or Zoho might have some kind of integrations like I am thinking, just have to dig in more.

Thanks for the responses till now.

Hello BP'ers

I am looking for suggestions or links to companies who have a website or application that can automate the showings for renters.

What I am primarily looking for is

1. The perspective renters can fill out a pre screen form

2. The perspective renters can schedule the showings appointments based on calendar availability

3. Good to have, auto confirmation emails send from the service so that we can eliminate no shows 3 hours before the showing.

If anyone in this great REI community have come across this kind of tool or service, request you to please share the company's details and your experiences.

I tried looking at buildium, but could not find this feature as listed on their website. If any buildum users have knowledge about this, it would be great help if you can share.

Thanks
