I was thinking about the same thing but I'm not sure if the price would justify building at this point. from what I've seen so far it still looks like it's better to find a place to renovate and rent than build new. I'd love to hear more people chime into this topic

what kind of countertops did you use for the kitchen. Also did you use real hardwood floor or a different material?

Any updates on the MF market in Atlanta? I'm looking to house hack a duplex/quad and I'm hoping to find a place in Cobb that will cash flow when I leave one of the units

Why is modular considered Forbidden Fruit?

and would you be able to build something with the same style as the homes in Nashville for a similar price?

Hey everyone. I was curious as to how one would be able to see where businesses would move to. For instance how would you know a new Walmart is going to be developed and running in the next year. Is there a site that gives information on future developments?  I want to know since it will help to figure if I should invest in certain neighborhoods that are on the cusp of Improving due to future developments and help to know where businesses are moving. I'm interested in the Atlanta area. Any input would be very much appreciated guys
