Ive never ever had ant luck with Adwords, even when it was very highly optimized.

Just clicks but no results of any kind, 

I have none, at least as a listing agent, ............thats why its hard for me to establish credibilty

How 'bout, "..., I can help you determine ...",

ok let me run with this a bit and redesign the letter

Im doing this as a listing agent, but I dont know, I somehow think that 

the letter still feels phony, not authentic enough,

Im not sure, Im still thinking my message is not clear enough or not interesting enough for apartment owners, most real estate agents would just say " Top Agent", "Most Sold" etc, 

Does letter really offer anything, LOL,

I just updated my prospecting letter,

Im a commercial real estate agent and I want to get apartment building owners thinking about me,

in case they need services in the future, I dont want the "sell your apartment approach"

even though that what I am after eventually,
