The letter is to get a foothold in the multi family market, and I am a commercial real estate agent,

basic goal is to have prospects call me, fill out the form or keep me in mind for the future.

Im stating that the value of their building can be legitimately be increased, or

is this  not a good motivator ?

I should point out first what Im trying to do,

I dont have experience in selling multi family so I cant brag about how many apartment buildings I sold, so I have to get their attention with free consultation and how to increase the value of their building.

Thanks for the info,

I did mention 27 years as areal estate agent, not 27 years old,

I will follow your guidelines, as its always easy to veer off course,

Oh, I already updated my letters, but will further fine tune.

I've crafted 2 prospecting letters to apartment building owners.
Im undecided as to which approach to use. Any feedback would greatly be appreciated.

I wont show my example, but I can say that they have to be very carefully crafted, very short, absolutely great headline in the letter, minimal salesmanship, and basically provide some important information for owners,, 25% cotton envelope and letter, hand written address,
