Please Criticize My Prospecting Letter, Again...

I just updated my prospecting letter,

Im a commercial real estate agent and I want to get apartment building owners thinking about me,

in case they need services in the future, I dont want the "sell your apartment approach"

even though that what I am after eventually,

I started a second post because I need to clarify what Im doing,
