Hello all - currently own a long-term rental 4/2 in Breckenridge, CO. This property has appreciated significantly in the last 3.5 years and it doesn't look like it's going to stop. Rental demand is off the charts, both long and short term. Definitely recommend buyers look there. 

I'm currently in Denver looking to expand into fix & flip with a partner/s with liquid cash to pool and combine with hard money financing if necessary. Dedicated to closing my first (profitable) flip by AUG/SEP. Feel free to contact me via email or phone.
