Buy & Hold - Summit County, CO is where it's at

Hello all - currently own a long-term rental 4/2 in Breckenridge, CO. This property has appreciated significantly in the last 3.5 years and it doesn't look like it's going to stop. Rental demand is off the charts, both long and short term. Definitely recommend buyers look there.

I'm currently in Denver looking to expand into fix & flip with a partner/s with liquid cash to pool and combine with hard money financing if necessary. Dedicated to closing my first (profitable) flip by AUG/SEP. Feel free to contact me via email or phone.

As a Breckenridge Realtor, I can attest that rental demand, both long- and short-term is high. Prices are on the rise, but they aren’t sky high. The average sold price of Breckenridge condos saw a year-over-year increase (2015 vs 2014) of 15%, but our residential Average Sold Price for Summit County needs to increase by another 11% to equal the average sold price in 2008, when it reached its peak.
