Hello fellow BPs, do you know the process to stop a tax sale once we get a purchase and sale agreement in place with an owner?

I’m local in Fulton Co., Atlanta, GA.

@Jason Izzi

 To understand: you’re looking for tax delinquent list to market to home owners to find good deals?

If this is the case: Look for Open Order Request in the right department (tax commissioner, code violations etc.) on the web or in person depending on the undefined. File an open record requesting the information you’re looking for. It may take more than one try and some digging around to get to the right department to get the list you need.

Hello BP!

I have a list of 30 properties sent to me from an investor. Have no idea where he got the list from and he told me to make him an offer on those properties. This is a wholesale of a wholesale and I don't know if these houses are under contract.

My question is, can I legally market these properties on my website, craigslist, etc?

Hello BP! What can investors do with a .5 acre empty in a neighborhood that was established in the 1980s?

Hi Marissa!! WELCOME to BP! It is great that you have your mind set on multifamily units but don't limit yourself to anything in particular. There are many great materials we all can learn in the forum. Good Luck! Cheers to investing!

I don't know of any sites at the moment but portfolio/asset managers at banks and lending institutions are GREAT to start.
