Hello BP! What can investors do with a .5 acre empty in a neighborhood that was established in the 1980s?

I primarily work with investors and I've wholesaled 5 lots in the past 3 months and made a few grand each $2-5K. They're smaller profits but it works. Currently have 2 lots UC as well in Atlanta, GA.
