Stop a tax sale with a purchase and sale agreement?

Hello fellow BPs, do you know the process to stop a tax sale once we get a purchase and sale agreement in place with an owner? 

I’m local in Fulton Co., Atlanta, GA.

@Tron Pham This will not stop the tax sale. The ONLY thing to stop a tax sale is to pay the taxes in full.
