Hello to all of my new Bigger Pocket friends!

My name is Marissa and I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. I am newly 25 and have NO real estate experience at all. I am looking for any tips, advice and any other information on how to start obtaining real estate for myself and then rent out a multi family unit and so on. I have a couple businesses that I am involved in as well. My sister and I run a music school and hope to eventually have our own building. I also work as an event planner and would love our own space for that as well. I am very interested and open to anything, I am new to all of this, recently started to build up my credit and really need some guidance! Thank you and looking forward to gaining a ton of knowledge!
