Pleasure meeting on Bigger Pockets Alex! Good PM's are rare in the Capital City. We have two PM companies that we like working with depending on the asset class. I'm reaching out to you directly now.

Pleasure meeting on Bigger Pockets Geoffrey. Columbus Ohio is a great market for cash flowing rental properties. Columbus Ohio is positioned to be the next Austin TX or Denver CO. As far as South of I-70 and Southeast of I-270, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington and Groveport are C+ to B+, I believe as long as you buy right, you will do well with purchasing rental property in Columbus Ohio. If you are more cash flow C class focus. Take a look at Linden, Whitehall, Hilltop/Westgate to name a few. There is also opportunity in Westerville and Gahanna for a B blended approach.
