Agent and Property Manager Recs in Columbus Ohio

Sassan M.
Posted

Hi BP community,

I'm just getting started.  I have 4 years of Real Estate experience but 0 experience buying a home for myself.  My experience is in capital markets and acting as an agent in California, but am looking to buy a rental property for myself in Columbus, Ohio.  I'm hoping to get a few recommendations.  I'd like to see if anyone has recommendations on a good team of agents (<$100k purchase price), property managers, and/or a turnkey company.  My goals are to buy my first property financed at 20-25% down.  I'd like to learn with my first deal and hope to buy a second next year.  I have $30k I'm wiling to spend on this deal, including down payment, closing cost, lending, etc.

Any info helps!

Best,

Sassan
