Hi All,

I have a friend looking for a real estate agent to buy her first home in the Marysville, OH area. She is not looking to invest, but she is worried about protecting herself against market changes should she need to move for work in the next few years.  I thought it would be good for her to use an investor-minded agent that can help her assess future value and simple value-add opportunities.  This is a free lead (unless you want to pay me a broker referral)!
