We are having great success this year with off-market multi-family opportunities. Find an agent that can use the on market properties to find the off-market properties. 

The multi-family market in Columbus Ohio is going extremely well! 2-4 units and commercial properties that are priced correctly and going under contract with multiple offers within hours if not a day or two.

We should close on our 17th unit for the past year in Columbus Ohio, mostly in Linden.

Thank you for the feedback Kyle. Heart & Home PM. Most of what we have is in Linden. King-Lincoln is really interesting right now. It will be interesting to observe for the next few years.
